Office and commercial moving

Move the workplace with the next working day in mind.

Good handling gets the furniture there. Useful sequencing and clear placement help your people get established. We move workplace furniture and equipment around the arrangements agreed for your business.

Make the delivery useful.

Identify the furniture and equipment, the rooms or work areas they belong in and what needs to be available first. Clear labels and an agreed layout help the crew place the load where it is needed.

Nominate someone who can answer practical placement questions. We handle the moving while keeping meaningful decisions with your business.

Work around the building.

Tell us about lift bookings, loading areas, stairs, parking, access hours and other building requirements at both locations. Include any timing that affects your staff or operations so it can be allowed for.

Packing support, dismantling and reassembly can be included where appropriate. Staged work and particular timing need to be agreed for the job; they are not assumed from a general enquiry.

Know where the moving scope ends.

Identify sensitive or specialist equipment before booking. Technical disconnection, IT work, installation and recommissioning need separate arrangements unless expressly included in the agreed scope.

Your proposal sets out the moving work, any packing support and the price basis. Changes are explained before additional work is agreed.
