If the preparation is the part you would rather hand over, ask us to include packing for the household or selected belongings. Your proposal explains the work, materials and any unpacking.
Common questions.
What information do you need for a quote? Both addresses and towns/cities, your name and email are required by the quote form. Add a broad picture of the belongings, preferred dates, access and any packing or particular handling. If a required address is not known yet, call Russell.
Is there a minimum charge? A minimum charge may apply. The amount and pricing basis for your booking are explained in the proposal. We do not ask you to assume a price from the size of the load alone.
Does sending an enquiry book the date? No. An enquiry lets us review the job and explain the next step. Your proposal sets out the arrangements and how to confirm a booking.
